Our company specializes in Solar Powered Water Pumps Kits that can be customer-installed by ranchers, farmers, offgrid-ers and homesteaders alike. The popular kits include a submersible pump that goes down the well, a controller, solar panels, and all the parts necessary to connect them together when in the field. We are passionate about getting more and more wells ‘off the grid’ powered by renewable energy, empowering and teaching customers how easy it is to DIY themselves. Anyone looking for people that will are excited as we are about sustainable agriculture, solar and helping people will find a home here. Solar Pump Specialist, Customer Service & Sales, Customer Connections Outreach

And then steadfastly support them no matter what with empathy and warmth.
Responsibilities:
-Answer and make phone calls to customers and prospects with other teammates
-Communicate in a friendly helpful manner on the phone and in person (usually phone but we have a few customers that stop by!)
-Help with general questions about our systems and installation, support, sales
-Take good notes, follow-up with prospects and customers over email, phone, CRM software
-Continually ask questions and increase product/system knowledge
-Help customers get pricing and purchase solar pumps
-Taking pride in becoming an expert in a field
-Chatting with new people every day!

Internships Currently Available
NRCS Liason – Some solar water projects for agriculture and livestock are supported and funded by the NRCS, a sector of the USDA. We’re looking for someone that can Liaison with NRCS agents and engineers, help our team, and encourage more projects using solar. Especially relevant to anyone currently in a Sustainable Ag program. Able to work at least 20 hours a week onsite in Woodland.
Marketing & Market Research Intern – Work with a dynamic team marketing a fun and visually rich product lineup to a rural demographic. Online and offline. Especially relevant to anyone currently in an Ag Business or Communication programs. Able to work at least 20 hours a week onsite in Woodland.
Electrical Engineering Intern – Work with the engineering team building and refining electronics. Hardware and software. Especially relevant to anyone currently in Electrical Engineering or related Technical college classes. Able to work at least 20 hours a week onsite in Woodland.
Mechanical Engineering Intern – Work with the engineering team in SolidWorks to design and test solar mounting designs in steel and aluminum. Especially relevant to anyone currently in Mechanical Engineering programs. Must be able to work at least 20 hours a week onsite in Woodland.
