Hey I’m Madison an RPS Solar Pump Specialist

I loved working with Stephene from California. Her father has gotten older and she’s helping plan and purchase equipment for their off-grid well. Stephene shared she’s had a hard time getting men in the construction industry to take her seriously because she’s a woman and it’s easy to assume she doesn’t know much about well drilling or water filters. She’s actually an incredibly smart and capable woman and she was so relieved to hear another woman on the phone with her to help her with a solar pump. I made sure Stephene felt empowered and confident to handle this installation on her own and now she’s a solar pump pro!

Working at RPS offers an amazing sense of community with all the employees and I love our sense of responsibility and urgency when it comes to helping our customers get water and take control of their resources!

Brad from Missouri has my favorite customer story by far. He is using one of our solar pumps to create a waterfall from one pond to another on his property where he has a bed and breakfast and raises mini highland cows! (pictured below)

I love working with any customer who is converting their setup from an electric pump to a solar pump because they are always amazed at how simple the system is, how inexpensive it ends up being compared to a traditional AC pump, and they get so excited about being independent from the grid and saving money!

Outside of work I like to bake, check out breweries and restaurants with my boyfriend, and hangout with my two German Shepherds.
